This luxurious worksop is open to all levels (no yoga or athletic experience required) and is designed to guide participants through a strategically crafted self-massage sequence, followed by a series of floor-based postures that facilitate down regulation. (1 set) Yoga Tune Up or Tune Up Plus Balls in a tote (Substitute two tennis balls in a tube sock)

(1) Coregeous Ball
(1) Yoga Block (Substitute a thick book)
Optional - (1) Bolster (Substitute a thick pillow or rolled up beach towel / blanket)
Optional - (1) Eye Pillow or Cooled Wash Cloth (soak in cool water and ring out - keep in the fridge)
