Join Alyssa Prettyman for a self massage and de-stress-ification extravaganza! This special holiday class will focus on rolling areas of our body that can feel extra stressed out during the holidays and then round out with a deep, relaxing yoga nidra, essential oil eye cloths and (as usual) some fun treats. Whether your holidays include traveling, cooking, family, friends and/or an overwhelming amount of things to do - many of us feel a sense of fatigue during the holidays. This workshop is designed to align our emotional energy (chakras) with our physical energy and leave us feeling replenished and relaxed.
