The benefits of self-massage are rich and far reaching. From mobility, reduction of adhesions, stress reduction, digestion, injury prevention, scar tissue mobilization – these techniques address key issues in our overall health and wellbeing.
This series is designed to reveal the working architecture, common dysfunction, and helpful rolling techniques from the Feet to Hips. This workshop explores the bones, bony landmarks, musculature, and fascial connections along this particular pathway.
Great for runners, cyclists, those with plantar fasciitis, tight calfs, balance issues, knee pain, hip, back pain, and more!
This workshop combines anatomy, self-analysis, integration and postural testing, and rolling techniques to reveal critical information about our bodies.
Students will leave equipped with a keen understanding of their particular composition and a series of practices they can incorporate into their lives to feel and move better!
Workshops are all levels, students may take one or all in any order.
