Self-massage is one of the hottest growing techniques in the self-care industry and is being used by yoga teachers, massage therapists, physical therapists, CrossFit trainers, and athletes around the world! From mobility, reduction of adhesions, stress reduction, digestion, injury prevention, scar tissue mobilization – these techniques address key issues in our overall health and wellbeing.
This workshop teaches students ball rolling strategies and techniques that can compliment all other types of movement practice. Designed to be an interactive session, each workshop is customized to the requests and bodies in the room. Students leave feeling great and ready to roll into a world of possibility.
