This class will work through 30 minutes of strategic, slow flow designed to enliven and integrate the path from your feet to your hips and low back and then embark upon a 30 minute self massage in the same zones . All levels are welcome.
SATURDAY: HATHA & ROLL FOR THE QUARANTINE SLUMP
6:30-7:30PM Eastern | 3:30-4:30pm Pacific

Blocks OptionalThis class will work through 60 minutes of harmonizing hatha yoga and self massage designed to reset and revive the cranky areas of over-netflixed and over computered bodies. All levels are welcome.
